Education: Candidate should have BSEE, or equivalent work experience. 2-3 years work experience in RF design, RF Performance, or a related field.
Skills required: Experience with Ericsson GSM and UMTS required, with LTE experience desired. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong computer and software skills, including MS Excel, MapInfo, OSS, Atoll, COPS, TEMS, Actix, & SQL. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with critical timeframes. Candidate must possess advanced RF Performance, troubleshooting, understanding of system KPIs and metrics, and related wireless systems and equipment knowledge. Candidate should possess end-to-end knowledge of wireless network, including RAN, Core, and adjunct systems. Candidate must have a thorough understanding of various RF air interface technologies, including GSM and UMTS, and possess a working knowledge and ability to apply design theory and operating concepts. Candidate should possess basic programming knowledge with emphasis on SQL queries. Travel Requirements: Candidate may be required to travel within US, to attend training, meetings, and conferences for multiple days, and must be able to travel within Market to assist co-workers, or to conduct / attend meetings. Travel requirements will vary, but may be frequent, on short notice, and requiring overnight stays. Candidate must have valid drivers license, and ability to operate company vehicle.
